This is my “keep it simple” message for the week. Don’t over-complicate your health. Don’t over-do your exercises. If you need help, ask for it. Find what you need to do, then do it. Simple.

As the candy hearts poured into the fiery quasar, a wondrous thing happened, why not. They vaporized into a mystical love radiation that spread across the universe, destroying many, many planets, including two gangster planets and a cowboy world.
But one planet was exactly the right distance to see the romantic rays but not be destroyed by them: Earth. So all over the world couples stood together in joy. And me, Zoidberg. And no one could have been happier unless it would have also been Valentine’s Day.What? It was?
Hooray!
Before we get into this, Vday is a pile of nonsense. With or without someone to share it with, I’ve never liked it.
But this year I made my first effort with it. For me to bother at all, it would have to be something special… so here’s what I made.
